A front porch of blue slate welcomes you into the French limestone entryway and then you may head to the
lower level bedrooms, full bath w/ double sinks, the recreation room w/ the universal gym and billiards then out to the hot
tub on one of the lower decks and finally to the pool area. The beach is just beyond the pool over the private raised walkway
and dune deck. This home is large with an open floor plan and lots of large windows to enjoy the water views and abundant
natural light. The main living level has hardwood floors and 11 foot tongue & groove hardwood ceilings. The gourmet kitchen
provides top of the line appliances, granite countertops, lots of cabinets, large dishwasher, microwave oven, large
refrigerator w/ ice & water dispenser, double oven, 4 burner gas rangetop, island sink, island counter/bar stools, wet
bar area with extra refrigerator and ice maker. Countertop appliances abound with coffee maker, can opener, blender, espresso
maker, toaster oven, etc. On the third level of this home, you'll find two bedrooms and baths w/ cathedral hardwood tongue
& groove ceilings and Pietra Verde limestone in the masterbath. Large spacious rooms and closets throughout.

To keep this home in top condition, this home is for Non-Smokers only; Animals are not allowed
at the home; rentals are for Families only; no Group rentals/house parties. Maximum 20 people. Available year round.

7 night minimum stay required all year long. Rates from $3500-$7000/wk. $1000 security deposit.
